1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "bet.pk" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the online gaming platform operated at betpk.biz and all associated services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for and/or uses an account on the bet.pk platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on the bet.pk platform.
• "Funds" means the PHP-denominated balance held in a player's bet.pk account, comprising deposits, winnings, and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin values, or incentive amounts credited to an account that are subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the player using a supported payment method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.) and not subject to wagering requirements unless commingled with active bonus funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory authority for gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The bet.pk platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bet.pk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bet.pk platform is designed for and primarily serves players in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. bet.pk makes no representations that access or use of the platform is lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the bet.pk platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same player, bet.pk reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all such accounts and to void any winnings generated across those accounts. Refund of original deposits to a single account may be made at bet.pk's sole discretion.

2.4 Account Registration

To register an account, players must provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid Philippine mobile number. Players must maintain the accuracy of this information at all times and promptly update their details if any information changes. bet.pk reserves the right to verify any information provided at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bet.pk account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. bet.pk will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the bet.pk support team immediately via the live chat function. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation by bet.pk into suspected unauthorised account activity.

3.3 Account Suspension

bet.pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) use of the platform in a manner that is or may be unlawful; (d) collusion with other players; (e) use of software, tools, or strategies that are designed to exploit bet.pk systems or games; or (f) failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bet.pk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). bet.pk does not accept deposits in any currency other than PHP except where a supported cryptocurrency conversion applies.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at bet.pk is ₱100 per transaction. bet.pk reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time, with notice provided to players via the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Standard Time) or the next business day for requests submitted outside these hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one (1) hour for verified accounts.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements. No withdrawal of Bonus Funds or associated winnings will be processed until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied in accordance with the terms of the applicable promotion.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

bet.pk complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods registered in the player's own name. bet.pk reserves the right to request additional documentation to satisfy AML obligations and to delay or refuse withdrawal processing where AML concerns are identified.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers and promotions available on the bet.pk platform are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible registered players who meet the stated qualification criteria.
• Each bonus is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method account, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds remaining at the expiry of a promotion will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are stated in individual promotion terms.
• bet.pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been claimed, the terms at the time of claim shall apply.
• Abuse of promotions, including the use of multiple accounts or systematic exploitation of bonus structures, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the bet.pk platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including but not limited to JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, and Evolution Gaming. Each game operates under its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By playing any game on bet.pk, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering as an underage player or providing false age information;
• Registering multiple accounts (duplicating accounts);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with games, navigate the platform, or exploit systems;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform — players who discover such issues must report them to support immediately;
• Colluding with other players in any game or activity on the platform;
• Using proceeds from illegal activities to fund a bet.pk account (money laundering);
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your bet.pk account;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bet.pk support staff or other users.

8. Responsible Gaming

bet.pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, fair environment for Filipino players. We recognise that online casino gambling can become problematic for a minority of players, and we take our duty of care seriously.

9. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content from the bet.pk platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of bet.pk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet.pk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security; or any interruption in platform availability.

The bet.pk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bet.pk makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and functionality, no warranty is given as to uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access.

11. Privacy & Data

bet.pk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the bet.pk Privacy Policy. 12. Amendments to These Terms

bet.pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bet.pk will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via on-platform notification or email to your registered address. Continued use of the bet.pk platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. Players who do not accept revised terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to the bet.pk customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines.
